The GIS Business Intelligence Suite features three collections of analytics tools powered by Tableau Software. These tools provide a macro- to micro-environmental view of real estate market activity. Each component is highly customizable to your needs and preferences, allowing you to tailor the timeframe, geography, product characteristics and more to analyze in your data view. You can interact with each infographic component and drill down to granular details and extract specific insights.

Intelligence House updates the Suite periodically to provide a current account of market activity to subscribers. Subscribers receive up to 40 hours of free customization for the entire Business Intelligence Suite to personalize and enhance their experience. Intelligence House will provide a complimentary consultation session to each subscriber and provide continuous personalized assistance to ensure they understand how to use the Suite and read its data outputs to maximize the value of their subscription.

Subscription Terms: Access will be granted to the subscriber for 12 months from the date of activation following receipt of payment. Customization is free for subscribers up to 40 hours of development, including user interface personalization, dataset management, data processing, and software programming. External dataset acquisition is not included. Customization hours are recorded internally by Intelligence House. Customization hours are available for the lifetime of a subscription. The end balance of customization hours carries over upon subscription renewal; customization hours do not reset upon renewal. Custom development outside of the 40 hours is applicable at a fee of $150 per hour, billed separately from the subscription fee.
